About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will support the account-based go-to-market strategy for a leading Microsoft partner specializing in master data management solutions. This role involves product messaging, sales support, and product launches, requiring collaboration across teams to ensure effective market positioning and customer engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in aligning marketing and sales for pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with product, target markets, and industry within the first 3 months.
  • Build rapport with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Deliver a 6-month plan for existing products.
  • Participate in win/loss analysis interviews and competitor research activities.
  • Lead product launches, creating and delivering launch materials within the first 6 months.
  • Analyze competitors in the data management space to refine product messaging.
  • Produce high-quality product marketing content to drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct training sessions with the sales team on updated product offerings.
  • Successfully manage multiple product launches within the first 12 months.
  • Build a repository of impactful sales enablement and marketing materials.
  • Curate customer case studies and win/loss insights for product strategy improvement.
  • Provide ongoing reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance is essential.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing tactics and execution.
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales enablement materials.
  • Proficiency in analytics and various marketing programs (e.g., Gong, Salesforce, Marketo).
