About the position

The Product Marketing Manager in the RAPID division at KLA is responsible for managing specific reticle inspection product lines or regions, focusing on business opportunities and customer satisfaction. The manager will also identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption to enhance market share.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific reticle inspection product line(s) or account/region(s).
• Conduct market validation and define market requirements for new products or features.
• Collaborate with program and engineering teams to develop new products or features.
• Lead new product introduction and beta engagement with field teams and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities based on customer roadmap and investment plans.
• Drive product penetration and adoption to improve market share.
• Facilitate regular executive and working level meetings with customers and prepare presentation materials.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 3 years of related work experience; or Master's Level Degree with 5 years of related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree with 7 years of related work experience.
