About the position

Spectra Logic is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing initiatives and collaborate on the go-to-market strategy for their data storage and management solutions. The role focuses on developing effective product positioning, enhancing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences across various channels.
• Create and communicate compelling stories that drive engagement and preference with customers, prospects, partners, and industry peers.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
• Drive the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with product management, digital marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and product demos.
• Drive the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, webinars, videos, and customer success stories.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing.
• Proven experience in B2B technology marketing within the data storage industry.
• Track record of successfully launching and driving the adoption of complex technology products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research and customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
