About the position

Aroma360 is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for their innovative scent marketing solutions. This role involves launching and driving the success of new and existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing effective marketing strategies to optimize product visibility and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, particularly in technology products, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Launch and drive marketing success for new and current products (diffusers/machines and oils) by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including optimization of Facebook ads and Google ads campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop differentiated product strategies and ensure accurate representation of products.
• Possess a deep understanding of the customer.
• Serve as an expert on our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal product and technical development teams.
• Create and execute marketing strategies for partners and developers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for revenue goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of product marketing experience with technology products or platforms
• Experience launching and growing products consumers use in all sales channels (online, retail, third-party, affiliates, etc.)
