About the position

The Product Marketing Manager is a senior marketing strategy position responsible for aligning marketing activities with sales tactics, serving as the primary liaison between marketing and sales. This role involves developing go-to-market plans for Catalyst solutions, generating qualified sales leads, and equipping the sales team for success. The manager will also oversee lead generation strategies and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring effective communication of product benefits and competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

• Develop the go-to-market plan for Catalyst solutions.
• Generate a steady stream of qualified sales leads.
• Equip the sales team to sell more effectively and efficiently.
• Articulate key benefits and selling points of Catalyst products.
• Create a comprehensive lead generation plan including messaging, media, and events.
• Drive sales enablement through training, competitive analysis, and buyer persona development.
• Report on joint sales/marketing metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or product management.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with direct sales function interaction.
• 4+ years managing lead generation and campaign creation across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced user of Salesforce and lead generation tools with 4+ years of experience.
• Knowledgeable in marketing to financial services organizations, specifically banks and credit unions.

Nice-to-haves

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 6+ years managing lead generation and campaign creation across multiple channels.
• Drive to stay current with sales enablement techniques and tools.
• Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Experienced with Salesforce Account Engagement marketing platform.
• Experience in writing thought leadership content.
