You understand product marketing and can translate technical information from product owners and developers into a consistent, strategic message that aligns and supports solutions across our platform. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic programs for the TouchNet solution stack, including messaging, collateral and sales enablement, and contribute to lead gen initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategy and marketing mix of tactics.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on the go-to-market strategy for product releases.
  • Utilize market and client knowledge to provide strategic guidance on core messaging and positioning.
  • Lead the development of product positioning materials, including product solution sheets and presentations.
  • Partner with the product strategy team to develop appropriate product positioning and messaging.
  • Clearly define the value proposition and key differentiators of the product portfolio.
  • Research and provide market insights and analysis of competitive solutions.
  • Work across the marketing department to develop lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of the higher education industry, ERPs, or EdTech is a plus.
  • Experience launching and growing products within payments, eCommerce, FinTech or Paytech.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating compelling value propositions.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting ideas effectively.
  • Excellent cross-departmental relationship building skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, ambiguity, and changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline.
