About the position

The Product Marketing Manager in the RAPID division at KLA is responsible for managing specific reticle inspection product lines or specific accounts/regions. This role is pivotal in ensuring overall business opportunity and customer satisfaction for the managed product line(s) or region(s). The manager will conduct market validation and define market requirements for new products or features, working closely with program and engineering teams to develop these new offerings. Additionally, the role involves leading new product introductions and beta engagements with field teams and customers to ensure product success. The manager will also identify new business opportunities based on customer roadmaps and investment plans, driving product penetration and adoption to improve market share. Regular executive and working-level meetings with customers will be a key part of the role, along with the preparation and delivery of presentation materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specific reticle inspection product line(s) or specific account/region(s).
  • Ensure overall business opportunity and customer satisfaction for the managed product line(s) or region(s).
  • Conduct market validation and define market requirements for new products or features.
  • Collaborate with program and engineering teams to develop new products or features.
  • Lead new product introduction and beta engagement with field teams and customers to ensure product success.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on customer roadmap and investment plan.
  • Drive product penetration and adoption to improve market share.
  • Facilitate regular executive and working level meetings with customers and prepare presentation materials.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years, Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years.
