About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Gusto will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, evaluating market trends, and developing effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities

  • Identify unmet customer needs and develop customer segmentation.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to define competitive advantage.
  • Articulate positioning, messaging, and packaging for products.
  • Design go-to-market strategies that meet leads, adoption, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams to plan and execute GTM campaigns.
  • Drive strategy, goal setting, and execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and ensure delivery against commitments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product Marketing.
  • 8+ years of experience in driving B2B SaaS marketing strategies and go-to-market programs.
  • Experience launching and scaling products or markets with significant revenue.
  • Ability to use customer insights and data for segmentation and messaging.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Experience with A/B testing and growth experiments.
