About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Grindr, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and understanding. Responsibilities

  • Synthesize insights from diverse sources to inform product development and marketing programs.
  • Shape and influence Grindr's product and business strategies to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, including messaging and campaign narratives.
  • Set goals and metrics for success, coordinating with cross-functional teams for execution.
  • Drive subscription adoption through rigorous testing and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in go-to-market, engagement, and growth strategies, with 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in tech or dating app industry.
  • Proactive and collaborative with a focus on clarity and results.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, thriving in challenging environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
  • Ability to distill complex products into clear value propositions and effective go-to-market plans.
  • Outstanding analytical skills to use data for strategy and decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmaps and features.
  • Familiarity with tools like Braze for messaging and Figma for design.
  • Prior experience in the dating industry.
