About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at HCI TV is responsible for driving the marketing strategy for the company's product suite, focusing on enhancing patient engagement solutions in the healthcare industry. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure product alignment with market needs, creating marketing collateral, managing product launches, and supporting dealer networks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for translating technical features into customer benefits, particularly in B2B and channel marketing contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive demand for HCI's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure product alignment with market needs.
  • Create marketing collateral, including product briefs, brochures, case studies, white papers, and presentations, that clearly communicate HCI's value proposition.
  • Work closely with dealers and resellers to support their marketing efforts, providing them with the tools and materials needed to successfully sell and promote HCI products.
  • Train dealer networks on new product launches, features, and benefits to ensure consistency in messaging and positioning.
  • Manage product launches, including the creation of launch plans, campaigns, and internal training.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement materials to support HCI's direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Assist in the creation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to promote products and grow market share.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and channel marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners, including dealers and resellers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology or patient engagement solutions is a plus.
