About the position

Embroker is a leading commercial insurance technology company that is revolutionizing the insurance buying experience for businesses. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with proven product-led growth experience to drive our marketing initiatives and propel our growth trajectory to new heights. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our product-led growth strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our innovative insurance solutions. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage the messaging and positioning of our products, create enablement materials for internal teams, serve as an evangelist for our products, and drive product launches to accelerate our growth trajectory. Your responsibilities will include shaping the Go-To-Market Strategy for our products and working with a cross-functional team to execute marketing campaigns that achieve target metrics. You will conduct customer research in collaboration with Product Management and CX teams to identify new features and prioritize them for the product roadmap. Additionally, you will manage the messaging and positioning for our products, ensuring that updated documentation around buyer personas and internal messaging is utilized in key internal and external facing assets, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and other collateral used by our sales and customer success teams. As the product expert, you will serve as the "evangelist" for our products by running events or campaigns that promote activation and cross-sell opportunities, as well as co-marketing activities that highlight successful customers insured by Embroker. You will also manage a sales/customer success enablement training program, building the strategy and objectives for the program, creating training content, and tracking effectiveness and ROI from the sales and customer support teams that utilize it. Furthermore, you will own and drive launches around new verticals, insurance products, features, or sets of features, completing key launch deliverables and collaborating with the broader marketing team to promote these launches across various channels. In this role, you will work closely with Product Management and Sales teams to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, and events, to generate leads and drive customer engagement. Tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics and KPIs will be essential to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; relevant certifications a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Insuretech industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for different audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team.
