About the position

PublicInput is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is pivotal in driving the success of our platform by creating compelling messaging, driving business growth, and leading strategic product marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning tailored to the target customer, highlighting the core capabilities of PublicInput offerings. You will take ownership of product marketing initiatives, including new product and feature releases, launch planning, programming and campaign development, sales enablement, brand, and web content development. You will lead and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and manage cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to visualize and improve the customer experience across all touchpoints. You will create a comprehensive toolkit supporting the selling process, including playbooks, sales decks, solutions briefs, white papers, product demos, videos, blogs, and webinars. You will also develop and own the in-product customer communication strategy, ensuring a seamless and informative in-app experience for customers. Your role will involve analyzing market and customer data to identify trends and opportunities, conducting thorough competitive research to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points of competitors, and developing and maintaining battlecards to equip the sales team with the information needed to differentiate PublicInput in competitive situations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market and customer data for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and deliver against tight deadlines.
