About the position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our talented team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in driving awareness and engagement with software developers through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketing leader with a proven track record of achieving measurable results through innovative campaigns. This position requires a highly organized individual who excels in content strategy and writing, as the manager will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with technical audiences. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and executing internal communications campaigns aimed at engineers, focusing on driving registrations and increasing the adoption of internal developer tools. You will create and market engaging content that highlights use cases, value propositions, and best practices to enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will establish a communications calendar with well-defined, measurable goals and a tracking dashboard to monitor progress and effectiveness. The Product Marketing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the internal communications wiki for DevCon and running the customer success metrics program. This includes authoring, compiling, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and improved performance. Your ability to communicate effectively and strategically will be crucial in this role, as you will be the bridge between the marketing team and the software development community.

Responsibilities

  • Create and market compelling content to help developers understand use cases and value propositions.

  • Build and maintain the internal communications wiki for DevCon.
  • Run the customer success metrics program, including authoring, compiling, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience aimed at technical audiences (software developers).
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in marketing campaigns focused on software as a service (SAAS) marketing.
  • Proficiency in Qualtrics Analytics and Excel.
