About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at OnHires will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and development for B2Prime, a liquidity and technology provider in the crypto and foreign exchange industry. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance product offerings, optimize digital marketing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective onboarding and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operational and development teams to refine the B2Prime roadmap.
  • Expand the range of trading instruments to meet market demands.
  • Lead integration with payment providers for seamless transactions.
  • Oversee the website's functionality to support trading activities and onboarding processes.
  • Integrate tools like TradingView to enhance user experience.
  • Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies for user acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and manage B2Prime's presence on social media, including a Telegram channel.
  • Create and manage customer onboarding flows using automation.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts around new feature releases and partnerships.
  • Develop strategies for monetizing client funds through partnerships.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance customer offerings.
  • Lead the creation of customer loyalty programs for engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, tech, and compliance teams for alignment.
  • Lead product launches and create compelling marketing materials.
  • Maintain B2Prime's website for optimal performance in marketing and trading operations.
  • Oversee restructuring of customer onboarding processes for efficiency.
  • Organize meetings with external contractors and manage collaborations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the brokerage space.
  • Proven track record in expanding product offerings and integrating digital payment systems.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in integrating external platforms and payment providers.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and the fintech ecosystem.
  • Expertise in fintech, crypto, and blockchain technologies.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment in the financial sector.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Jira and CRM software.
