About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at AMD is a pivotal role within the Cloud Business Group, focusing on customer engagement and strategy execution with AMD's Cloud datacenter partners in the US. This position is responsible for driving AMD's design-in and adoption efforts, ensuring alignment between customer needs and AMD's business goals, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, marketing acumen, and leadership skills to effectively advocate for AMD's products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the setting of account strategy and tactical milestones, leading the team to achieve them.
• Serve as a primary contact point in customer engagements, promoting new technologies and products.
• Drive and manage all pre-design win efforts and deliverables, including product and marketing collateral.
• Understand customer business goals and shape value propositions that resonate with them.
• Foster relationships and manage customer expectations to align with AMD's business goals.
• Advocate for the customer internally and maintain awareness of customer status and key issues.
• Drive for high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the computing industry, particularly at the Cloud Provider, OEM, ODM, or Technology Provider level.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of modern server platform architecture and datacenter infrastructure.
• Outstanding written, oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Highly results-driven.
