About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of our product lines by planning and executing product launches, analyzing sales data, and devising strategies to enhance sales performance. This position requires a deep understanding of product profitability and commercial success, as well as the ability to provide insightful feedback to higher management regarding product and market dynamics. The manager will also be responsible for equipping the sales team with key differentiators and messaging that resonate with our target audience. In addition to these responsibilities, the Product Marketing Manager will conduct product training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in the features and benefits of our offerings. The role involves managing all aspects of in-life products, including gathering customer feedback and analyzing market trends to develop actionable strategies that align with identified growth opportunities. The manager will define solution specifications, features, and functionalities tailored to the specific needs of dental professionals and patients, ensuring that our products meet market demands. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales Team to drive the development and revision of solutions. The manager will advocate for a streamlined development and launch process, ensuring that all solutions are delivered with quality and timeliness. Prior experience in product management within the medical device industry is preferred, as it will provide the necessary background to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant major
  • Possess self-awareness, a keenness to learn and strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Exhibit a proactive and driven mindset, showcasing a high enthusiasm to the ownership of the project
  • Demonstrate proficiency in building effective internal and external relationships across various departments and hierarchical levels within an organization
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not mandatory.
