About the position

NICE is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join its Financial Compliance software solutions team. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging, execute successful marketing campaigns, and write engaging content for trade-related communications compliance and surveillance applications. The Product Marketing Manager will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to develop go-to-market strategies and represent NICE Compliance at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging and positioning for communication compliance recording, archiving, and surveillance solutions.
• Execute successful go-to-market strategies and lead generation campaigns.
• Write content for marketing collateral including brochures, articles, case studies, eBooks, white papers, and webinar presentations.
• Support and participate in sales training.
• Conduct qualitative assessments of competitors and their capabilities.
• Support partner programs and partner sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and social media marketing partner to build and maintain a strong social media presence.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of marketing experience, including owning marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Knowledge of product marketing concepts such as buyer-persona targeting, pipeline management, and product launches.
• Strong writing and content creation skills for marketing collateral.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and business negotiation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with financial services including institutional trading, retail brokerage, and compliance.
• MBA or advanced degree.
