Responsibilities

  • Drive both strategy and execution across the entire GTM lifecycle.
  • Execute a high volume of product and feature launches.
  • Help drive strategies for growth and retention.
  • Leverage research to craft compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Coordinate multiple projects across various teams.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Teach, train, and inform stakeholders about the product.
  • Prioritize work based on important projects and outcomes.
  • Collaborate on strategy and gain alignment with stakeholders.
  • Be the voice of the customer and understand their needs.
  • Learn the product and influence the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate on customer-centric messaging.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide assets and tools.

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience in a product marketing role or strong equivalent.
  • Direct experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech.
  • Experience with successfully launching new features/products.
  • Strong presentation skills, including speaking for product demos and customer events.
  • Experience executing on strategic plans, including GTM launches or campaigns.
  • Experience with data analytics and distilling insights from research data.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting and summarizing data.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and adapting strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong presentation skills is a plus, including speaking for product demos, webinars, customer events, and more.
