About the position

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at MPS is responsible for driving new product execution, solution marketing, and business strategy for high power/isolated products. This role involves close collaboration with Field & Factory Application Engineers, sales teams, and customers, particularly in the Detroit area, to enhance product line roadmap planning, product definition, and solution promotion. The PMM will also conduct market and competitive analysis, develop pricing strategies, and manage opportunity projections and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Background in isolated IC power products (isolated gate drivers, digital signal isolator, and isolated power)
  • Background in IC solution selling for EVs/HEV Applications, including on-board chargers and DCDC converters
  • HEV/EV Systems applications and automotive OEM/Tier 1 relationship experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced, start-up environment
  • BSEE or equivalent required
