About the position

HomeLight is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our emerging and existing products tailored for our agent and loan officer partners. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing go-to-market plans, creating sales enablement materials, and producing channel content in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a creative and energetic team that values organization, strong writing skills, and attention to detail. Your ability to break down and communicate complex concepts will be crucial in this position. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end experience of our enterprise partner launches. This includes managing the technical backend, such as co-branded websites and CRM workflows, as well as building a portfolio of co-branded marketing materials. You will execute effective launch and retention marketing strategies aimed at increasing registrations, demos, leads, and brand loyalty among our key enterprise partners. Additionally, you will enhance our sales enablement strategy for internal sales teams and enterprise partners by identifying opportunities, prioritizing them, and producing impactful marketing materials like pitch decks, fliers, and social assets. Your role will also involve crafting compelling positioning and messaging to market our products to loan officers, real estate agents, and clients nationwide. You will develop engaging content in various formats, including marketing materials, customer sales events, industry conferences, emails, and training webinars. Managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders will require strong organizational and communication skills to ensure everything stays on track. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and requires you to join our hybrid remote team in our San Francisco office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for emerging and existing products.
  • Create sales enablement materials and channel content for agent and loan officer partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end experience of enterprise partner launches, including technical backend and marketing materials.
  • Execute and improve sales enablement strategies for internal sales teams and enterprise partners.
  • Craft positioning and messaging to market products to loan officers and real estate agents.
  • Develop engaging content in various formats, including marketing materials and training webinars.
  • Manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and communication.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant product or marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Stellar copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex products into compelling content.
  • Experience using data to prioritize marketing campaigns and measure performance.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Webflow, HubSpot, Iterable, AirTable, HotJar, Canva, and Figma.
  • Strong communication skills to manage relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on impact and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A four-year college degree; Marketing or Communications major is a plus.
