TravelPerk is a hyper-growth SaaS platform that aims to revolutionize the $1.3 trillion business travel market by providing a comprehensive solution for booking, managing, and reporting business travel. As the first Product Marketing Manager (PMM) hire in the US, you will play a pivotal role in capturing insights on customers, market trends, and competition to inform revenue and product development opportunities. This position is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with various teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, User Research, Communications, and Customer Care. Your primary focus will be on the US market, which is the second largest business travel market and a key area of growth for TravelPerk. In this role, you will synthesize insights through analysis of customer feedback and competitor trends, working closely with customer-facing teams. You will partner with product and revenue teams to prioritize initiatives for the US market, craft compelling product messaging, and lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches. This includes creating localized assets and coordinating with various channel owners for effective distribution. Additionally, you will develop strategies to drive product adoption and customer engagement, monitor key performance indicators, and provide Sales teams with the necessary tools for effective selling. Your responsibilities will also include creating content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to communicate new product features. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. You will be expected to think creatively and solve problems effectively while managing multiple projects and maintaining organizational skills.
