About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing compelling narratives and messaging for ServiceNow's Technology Workflows (TWF) portfolio. This position focuses on storytelling and creating emotional connections with C-level audiences, translating product capabilities into value propositions that resonate with customers. The role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing strategies and support product launches, while also leading research efforts to define target personas and develop relevant marketing assets.

Responsibilities

  • Define C-level narratives and personas for TWF products and solutions.
  • Write customer-centric narratives that translate product capabilities into value-based messaging.
  • Provide input on content across various asset types including research, presentations, and customer stories.
  • Enable sellers to effectively communicate innovations in TWF products and AI.
  • Support key marketing activities such as speaker selection and content reviews.
  • Champion the C-level buyer's journey and align digital content with campaign stages.
  • Develop and deliver sales training content to improve sales performance.
  • Identify and develop cross-organizational use cases for products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Marketing to create compelling demo narratives.
  • Engage with AR and PR to increase product awareness and positive sentiment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • 5+ years of domain expertise in IT products and solutions, with knowledge of ServiceNow Technology Workflow products being a plus.
  • Strong writing skills and a passion for storytelling.
  • Creative messaging skills based on value and benefits, with Story Brand Framework certification as a plus.
  • Natural empathy for customer needs and understanding.
  • Stakeholder management skills across various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
