About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at GetAccept, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market success. You will develop marketing plans that align with customer needs and business goals, ensuring our products stand out in the market. Your impact will directly contribute to goals related to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and product-market fit. You will work closely with other Product Managers to ensure product positioning aligns with customer needs and company objectives. Additionally, you will help shape the value proposition and messaging for our products, leading customer insights research and competitive analysis to inform our GTM efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Managers, aligning with product objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities, shaping product messaging and positioning.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target customers and drive demand.
  • Create and deliver sales tools, training, and enablement materials to help sales teams effectively communicate product value.
  • Perform ongoing analysis to identify trends and opportunities, refining strategies and enhancing product positioning.
  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, blog posts, case studies, demos, and presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand.
  • Analyze metrics from GTM efforts and campaigns, optimizing strategies to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience with a demonstrated understanding of product marketing principles.
  • Experience in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to operate independently on daily tasks with minimal oversight.
