About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Thomson Reuters is responsible for advancing the Corporates portfolio by meeting customer needs, driving satisfaction scores, and growing revenue. This individual contributor role involves collaborating with product marketing leaders and key partners to support strategic initiatives and operations within the Corporates Product Marketing team. The position requires a strong focus on customer insights, project management, and effective communication to ensure the success of various cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support key cross-functional initiatives for the Corporates Product Marketing team, including customer advocacy programs and cross-sell strategies.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes for executive teams and ensure project alignment among team members.
  • Identify and manage risks to project success, providing stakeholders with necessary information for effective decision-making.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and refine value propositions for specific personas.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and lead market research efforts to identify opportunities and inform product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product roadmaps align with customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of product marketing and/or direct industry experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in developing portfolio value propositions and understanding product marketing principles.
  • Excellent client engagement skills and ability to build internal relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizations and influencing diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the legal, tax, risk, and trade sectors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
