About the position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and growth of our new and existing technology products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching technology products in the US and European markets, particularly for startups or mid-sized organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. In this position, you will develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aimed at driving product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. You will conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and identify market opportunities. Collaboration with product management, sales, and central marketing teams will be essential to create and implement go-to-market plans, effective sales tools, and materials. You will also be responsible for developing compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. This includes creating and managing marketing collateral such as product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, product videos, and pitch decks. Planning and executing product launches and new feature releases will be a key part of your role, including collateral development, media relations, and sales enablement. Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies will be crucial. You will identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the product portfolio and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience launching technology products in the US and European markets for startups or mid-sized companies.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
