About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Spekit, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful launch and positioning of Spekit's products and services. This position involves defining and executing product positioning and messaging, collaborating cross-functionally to bring new products to market, conducting research to inform business decisions, and creating marketing materials to educate customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B product marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about the future of enablement and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a deep understanding of our customers and represent their voice within Spekit
  • Create compelling and differentiated positioning for each of our buyer personas
  • Work across marketing channels to ensure that the product narrative is consistent and compelling
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and design to harness customer insights and communicate our product vision and roadmap
  • Execute on product launches, tying compelling stories together across all product assets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and educational content such as presentations, webinars, blog posts, data sheets, videos, eBooks, and webpages
  • Enable our go-to-market teams (sales and customer success) to communicate our value proposition and develop sales tools that support their success
  • Drive the strategy of product launches, project manage launches, and measure and report on outcomes
  • Become a thought leader in our space, speaking and writing on relevant topics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in an early-stage B2B software startup
  • Experience working in a highly competitive industry where leading with differentiation is key
  • Experience working directly with executives to influence product vision and roadmap
  • Experience running strategic programs that include CABs, pricing & packaging, and more
  • Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Skilled writer and storyteller

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in the enablement space or a natural passion for the future of enablement and AI
  • Ability to craft compelling positioning, messaging, and market narratives
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and producing deliverables that increase sales pipeline, win rates, and deal size
