About the position

We are seeking an experienced and highly resourceful Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director of Go-to-Market Strategy with a strong background in content development and sales enablement. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, developing high-impact marketing materials, conducting market research to inform our go-to-market, and supporting our sales team with presentations, tools, and strategies that drive growth and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer success, and sales, to ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audience. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of comprehensive product launches, working closely with product management and sales to ensure successful go-to-market strategies aligned to market opportunity. You will develop compelling positioning informed by market insights and create launch materials, including launch decks and promotional content. Additionally, you will define audience, messaging, and packaging strategies for new products and features. Your role will also involve creating and managing a variety of marketing assets, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and website content that communicate the value and benefits of our products. You will develop visually appealing and impactful materials that align with our brand identity and effectively convey our product messaging. Furthermore, you will equip the sales and customer success team with the tools they need to succeed, including presentations, battle cards, product sheets, and competitive analysis, while also developing and delivering training sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in product features and value propositions to grow existing and new businesses. Conducting in-depth market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will analyze market opportunities and use insights to inform product positioning and messaging strategies. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with product management, marketing demand generation, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product goals, customer needs, revenue growth targets, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing for a B2B technology company.
  • 1+ years working in the health tech industry, with exposure to the payer market.
  • Proven expertise in content development, presentation, and marketing asset design.
  • Experience with customer, market, and competitive research.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting sales teams with impactful presentations, tools, and enablement strategies.
  • Experience structuring and solving problems, and gathering stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with marketing design tools, particularly PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
