Opportunity Our product marketing team drives marketing strategy that converts research, data, and insights into tangible sales results. We delve deep into the market and competitive landscape, gaining a profound understanding of our target audience and the most effective strategies to convert them into loyal customers. We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing compelling product communications materials that resonate across the entire sales funnel, from demand generation to sales enablement and customer success. This role demands a technically-oriented individual with exceptional writing and presentation skills. You'll be responsible for crafting persuasive messages about product capabilities and competitive positioning, creating impactful product data sheets, sales presentations, and sales tools. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to grasp and translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric benefits. You'll also need a meticulous eye for detail and unwavering commitment to the highest quality standards for all content. As a Product Marketing Manager, you are the product's voice to customers, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring they receive the comprehensive product information they need to excel. Leveraging Generative AI: In this role, you will harness the power of generative AI tools to synthesize inputs from diverse artifacts, including customer feedback, market research, and product documentation. This will enable you to accelerate the creation of impactful full-funnel content, driving engagement and conversions at every stage of the buyer's journey.

Responsibilities

  • Produce a wide array of content across the buyer's journey, including solution briefs, technical whitepapers, video scripts, and email copy, leveraging generative AI to rapidly synthesize insights and tailor messaging.
  • Develop and deliver captivating customer and partner presentations, including weekly product demos and new release webinars that showcase the product's value proposition.
  • Create effective sales tools and training materials, such as slide decks and FAQs, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the latest information and resources to drive deals forward.
  • Develop internal and customer-facing competitive content that highlights our unique advantages.
  • Create, manage, and deliver UJET sales training for new hires, product launches, and quarterly and annual kick-offs.
  • Serve as the company-wide SME for buying centers in target industries and developers who leverage our SDKs and APIs.
  • Collaborate with product management to produce presentations that articulate the benefits and competitive advantages of UJET.
  • Manage customer communications on behalf of the product and engineering teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information and addressing any inquiries.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software sales or product marketing experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills, both online and live.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects across multiple teams collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • MBA a plus.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and synthesis is a major plus.
