About the position

Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Business Product Marketing team, which focuses on aligning people's needs, marketers' needs, and Meta's unique strengths to develop, launch, and grow innovative business products. The role involves driving market requirements and launch plans for Meta's advertising solutions, assessing market needs, conducting research, and owning the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ad products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback to represent market requirements internally with Product Management and Engineering.
  • Understand advertiser needs and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative solutions for advertisers are integrated into the platform strategically.
  • Ensure alignment and flexibility across regional and vertical teams to scale impact while meeting market-specific needs.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for ad products and solutions, guiding teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing behavior to drive resolution.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with experience simplifying complex issues.
  • Strong organizational and people skills, with the ability to set priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills with technical, business, and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in a product marketing capacity, closely partnering with product management and engineering.
  • Experience in the advertising space with online media related products.
