About the position

Render is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing efforts from strategy to execution. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's positioning and messaging, driving product launches, and ensuring a customer-centric approach throughout the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and will be the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive product marketing from strategy to execution, including major launches and GTM enablement.
• Develop company positioning and messaging informed by user and competitive research.
• Craft concise and compelling value propositions and differentiation for developer audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product launches.
• Create content and cohesive messages for developers across various touch points.
• Champion customer-centricity throughout the organization by understanding customer needs and pain points.
• Manage customer stories to showcase the impact of Render's solutions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of B2B product marketing experience for developer-focused products.
• Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS).
• Experience creating compelling external-facing content assets for technical audiences.
• Deep understanding and empathy for the developer audience and their processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging.
• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with executive and strategic stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Data-driven approach to work and customer research insights.
• 2+ years experience working in a small to mid-sized startup.
