About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our cutting-edge HR technology solutions. This position is designed for individuals who are not only passionate about product marketing but also have a keen interest in understanding client needs and market dynamics. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, driving revenue growth and product adoption. In this role, you will dive deep into understanding client needs and how our solutions address real-world problems in meaningful ways. You will conduct thorough market research to analyze competitors, identify opportunities, trends, and challenges that will inform and refine our go-to-market messaging and product roadmap. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and demand generation teams to educate both internal and external audiences on the value of our new features. Your responsibilities will also include creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates. This will involve organizing product workshops, training sessions, and go-to-market sessions for client-facing teams and channel partners. You will develop high-impact marketing collateral and educational resources, such as sales demo decks, product videos, webinar content, press releases, and website messaging. Additionally, you will immerse yourself in our company's brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communications. To measure the success of your efforts, you will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct analyses on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and how our solutions solve real problems.
  • Research and analyze market dynamics and competitors to inform GTM messaging.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and demand generation teams.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral and educational resources.
  • Immerse in the company's brand voice and ensure continuity in communications.
  • Define KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous Product Marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience demonstrating product value to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work across functional areas.
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure product and marketing KPIs.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Product marketing experience in virtual event software or recruiting/HR technology.
