About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Encompass Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving go-to-market strategies and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Your focus will be on developing Ideal Customer Profiles, building buyer personas, and executing account-based marketing efforts across various beverage industry segments. This position requires a data-driven approach to inform campaigns and deliver tailored messaging throughout the buyer journey, ultimately enhancing the value of Encompass's solutions in the beverage supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an agile GTM team, utilizing kanban or other agile methodologies to align with Sales and Product teams.
  • Lead the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across key beverage industry segments.
  • Create detailed buying group personas to drive targeted, persona-based campaigns.
  • Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with Sales.
  • Create messaging and positioning for a portfolio of ERP products, articulating distinct value propositions.
  • Leverage market research and sales data to create and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Equip the Sales team with necessary assets, tools, and training to enhance engagement and improve close rates.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics related to marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to create high-quality content for lead nurturing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on market needs and product features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other creative disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or solutions consulting, preferably in the B2B software space.
  • Experience in agile environments and familiarity with kanban or similar methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of account-based marketing, messaging/positioning, and developing buyer personas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
