About the position

As a senior member of Chime's Product & Lifecycle Marketing team, you will drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and innovative products, features, and member experiences aimed at growing Chime's active member base. This role involves connecting market and member research with full-funnel campaigns to enhance Chime's position as a leading banking app. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to activate marketing strategies that encompass conversion, retention, and awareness, while influencing product roadmap decisions and focusing on analytics and channel performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns for new and existing products and experiences, including audience definition, product positioning, messaging, launch, and optimization.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Insights and User Research teams to understand members' needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Influence product strategy and in-product communications through relevant research and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy, focusing investments on impactful outcomes and critical metrics.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to support project delivery.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years leading end-to-end product and performance-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Experience at a fast-paced consumer finance or consumer technology brand, particularly in mobile.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong results-driven mindset with a passion for using data to build effective marketing campaigns.
