About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Telemecanique Sensors, a YAGEO company, is responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies for assigned products and product families in North America and Canada. This role involves the rollout of new products, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with various teams to drive market share growth and support post-sale opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Rollout of assigned new products in North America, including marketing material, playbook, promotional tools, pricing, and targeted applications and OEMs.
  • Understand assigned product's value proposition and communicate it to the US and Canada sales team for customer, OEM, and distributor promotion.
  • Gather customer input and business needs to provide feedback for assigned products.
  • Execute new product strategies to drive market share growth, including tailored regional and application-specific development.
  • Create competitive pricing for new product rollouts and gather market intelligence for pricing feedback and initial forecast projections.
  • Collaborate with global product managers, engineers, and manufacturing to highlight local wins and success stories.
  • Provide commercial and application support for post-sale product opportunities, including quality or custom modifications.
  • Drive marketing for lead management and generation, including tradeshows, advertisements, and other campaigns, with KPIs for monitoring revenue from activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of industrial product management experience in an industrial environment.
  • Proven history of rolling out new products in a diverse organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems to collaborate on opportunities and funnel activity.
  • Good communication and organization skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and highly motivated.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
