About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving content marketing, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and customer/product storytelling. This role involves managing multiple marketing programs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement. The position is crucial for creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate with customers and support the overall mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive content marketing ROB that will result in strong customer engagement; attract & retain customers by creating and curating valuable content.
  • Manage digital marketing execution through asset management and custom development to support web presence.
  • Drive events execution with standardization across geographies, including branding and audience-appropriate content.
  • Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and funnel management to enhance customer engagement throughout their journey.
  • Manage multiple marketing programs of various sizes and scopes, requiring significant cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with external and internal teams to identify marketing asset needs and manage the asset creation process from ideation to execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Education Technology.
  • 4+ years of experience with strong understanding of project management & project platforms such as CRM software.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong project leader with over 4 years of experience leading larger multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience delivering multiple programs concurrently in various life cycle stages from planning to operations.
  • Experience in project management with the ability to manage marketing and communications planning, resource needs, dependencies, and results analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure numerous deliverables are complete across key milestones within timelines and budgets.
  • Self-starter with solution-oriented and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
