About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at KLA's RAPID division is responsible for managing specific reticle inspection product lines or regions, focusing on business opportunities and customer satisfaction. The manager will also identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption to enhance market share.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall business opportunity and customer satisfaction for specific product lines or regions.
• Conduct market validation and define market requirements for new products or features.
• Collaborate closely with program and engineering teams to develop new products or features.
• Lead new product introduction and beta engagement with field teams and customers to ensure product success.
• Identify new business opportunities based on customer roadmaps and investment plans.
• Drive product penetration and adoption to improve market share.
• Facilitate regular executive and working level meetings with customers and prepare presentation materials.

Requirements

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 3 years of related work experience; or Master's Level Degree with 5 years of related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree with 7 years of related work experience.
