About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will serve as the go-to-market expert for the company's cloud database products, focusing on market analysis, product positioning, and the creation of marketing materials. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive differentiators, with an emphasis on collaboration across teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the source of truth for product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer needs, buying motions, and market landscape.
  • Create customer-facing collateral and enable content creation teams.
  • Provide input for prioritizing Revenue Marketing campaigns.
  • Execute go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership.
  • Quarterback internal and external launches of new features and releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B enterprise software.
  • Experience in database, storage, or cloud technologies (2 of 3 preferred).
  • Strong project management skills for planning and executing campaigns.
  • Ability to leverage data to shape marketing efforts and communicate insights.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in demand generation campaigns.
  • Natural storytelling ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Deep customer empathy to understand customer needs and challenges.
