About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Eurofins Bio Diagnostics Inc. is responsible for leading both inbound and outbound marketing activities to drive market growth in strategic verticals. This role involves managing research, communications, campaigns, and sales communication to support the North American food market. The position requires exceptional communication skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the industry to differentiate Eurofins' services effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inbound and outbound marketing activities for assigned service lines.
  • Drive market growth in strategic verticals through research and communications.
  • Manage campaigns, ad buys, digital content, and technical publications.
  • Collaborate with Eurofins businesses to create marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop compelling content that resonates with current and future customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and refine content for thought leadership.
  • Develop value propositions, marketing tools, and campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and industry activities for growth opportunities.
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a scientific discipline (chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, food science, etc.).
  • 8-10 years of experience in the food industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (marketing, sales, client services, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Excellent understanding of scientific principles.
  • High competency in organizational, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Effective listening skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Product management experience within the food and nutrition testing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the nutrition industry.
