About the position

The Product Marketing role at PointClickCare involves enhancing care coordination and fostering collaborative relationships within the health plan and ACO landscape. This position is crucial in defining product positioning, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals in the healthcare technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling product positioning and messaging for care collaboration solutions targeting Health Plans and ACO segments.
  • Define target audiences and key value propositions for segments and products, collaborating with marketing peers on strategies.
  • Align marketing campaign priorities with financial targets in partnership with the Demand team.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to develop marketing strategies.
  • Become an expert on customer buying criteria and regulatory considerations specific to Health Plans and ACOs.
  • Support product launches and key initiatives by collaborating with product development, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in business or marketing is desirable.
  • 4-6 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the health tech industry, targeting Health Plan and/or ACO segments.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS technology and familiarity with the healthcare landscape.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and performance metrics for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products and supporting product growth through tailored go-to-market strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Health Plan, ACO, and/or Post-Acute space.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and market dynamics impacting Health Plans and ACOs.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
