About the position

Revinate is one of the largest and most innovative providers of direct revenue-generating solutions in the hospitality industry. Our mission is to deliver hoteliers scalable direct revenue and profits from data-driven solutions that cultivate deeper relationships with guests. Revinate's omni-channel direct booking platform helps acquire, convert, and retain guests with strategies and services that maximize the lifetime value of each guest through personalized and targeted campaigns throughout the guest lifecycle. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding platform. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and highly collaborative. This role will require a high degree of understanding of our ideal customer and the ability to pinpoint the needs of our go-to-market (GTM) team. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will deliver product positioning that bridges the gap between what our solutions can do and why they matter to a range of our target audiences. We seek someone who excels at storytelling and value positioning, capable of expressing the distinct value of our solution and creating assets that empower our GTM team to communicate that value effectively. In this role, you will drive go-to-market programs and assets for a subset of products and features, produce compelling stories and collateral to empower Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams, and lead the development of campaigns that drive engagement and retention. This includes creating emails, webinars, success stories, and in-person customer events. You will also conduct competitive research and positioning to help differentiate our complete solution and individual products, localize research and collateral for global markets, and track and optimize win/loss and engagement rates on new and existing products and features. Ensuring that existing assets are consistently optimized to include new positioning, data, and branding as they evolve will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market programs and assets for a subset of products and features.
  • Produce powerful stories and collateral to empower Sales and CS to communicate the value of our solutions seamlessly.
  • Lead the development of campaigns that drive engagement and retention, including emails, webinars, success stories, and in-person customer events.
  • Produce competitive research and positioning to help differentiate our complete solution and individual products.
  • Localize research, positioning, and collateral to meet the needs of audiences in our global markets (NA, EMEA, and APAC).
  • Track and optimize win/loss and engagement rates on new and existing products and features.
  • Ensure existing assets are consistently optimized to include new positioning, data, and branding as they evolve.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS product or solutions marketing experience (2+ years in Enterprise software a BIG plus).
  • Experience with AI and data products is a plus.
  • Self-starter with experience building and leading programs.
  • Ability to connect technical concepts with customer value and express that connection succinctly.
  • Powerful written, verbal, and visual storyteller skills.
  • Outstanding prioritization and project management skills that thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and understand Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing departments/objectives to manage holistic go-to-market plans.
  • Experience managing external resources (design, copywriters, etc.) to produce on-brand, high-quality assets.
  • Design experience is a plus.
  • Experience working on global products is a plus.
