Revinate's omni-channel direct booking platform helps acquire, convert, and retain guests with strategies and services that maximize the lifetime value of each guest through personalized and targeted campaigns throughout the guest lifecycle. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding platform. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and highly collaborative. This role will require a high degree of understanding of our ideal customer and the ability to pinpoint the needs of our go-to-market (GTM) team. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will deliver product positioning that bridges the gap between what our solutions can do and why they matter to a range of our target audiences. We seek someone who excels at storytelling and value positioning, capable of expressing the distinct value of our solution and creating assets that empower our GTM team to communicate that value effectively. In this role, you will drive go-to-market programs and assets for a subset of products and features, produce compelling stories and collateral to empower Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams, and lead the development of campaigns that drive engagement and retention. This includes creating emails, webinars, success stories, and in-person customer events. You will also conduct competitive research and positioning to help differentiate our complete solution and individual products, localize research and collateral for global markets, and track and optimize win/loss and engagement rates on new and existing products and features. Ensuring that existing assets are consistently optimized to include new positioning, data, and branding as they evolve will also be part of your responsibilities.
