About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the Business Product Marketing team, focusing on the intersection of market needs, advertiser requirements, and the company's unique differentiators. This position is responsible for driving market requirements and launch plans for business products, conducting market assessments, and developing go-to-market strategies to enhance product offerings and ensure successful launches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering.
  • Deeply understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions for advertisers, ensuring products are incorporated into the platform consistently and strategically.
  • Ensure alignment, consistency, and flexibility across regional and vertical teams to scale impact while meeting market-specific needs.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ad products and solutions, guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning.

Requirements

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in a product marketing capacity, closely partnering with product management, product marketing, and/or engineering.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting, specifically in advertising and online media products.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams with the ability to influence behavior and drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues.

Nice-to-haves

  • Former Google experience in ads products.
  • Experience working with Ads measurement products.
  • Experience working with 3rd party measurement providers such as Appsflyer, Adjust, NorthBeam, TripleWhale, and Adobe.
