About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Neuron will be responsible for driving awareness, growth, and adoption of the company's innovative AI-powered quality of experience management platform. This role requires a blend of technical and business acumen to effectively communicate the value of complex technologies to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and will have the opportunity to shape marketing strategies and programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate unique value propositions, positioning, and messaging for target industries.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for product launches and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to shape product strategies.
  • Create technical and customer-facing content to support sales and demand generation efforts.
  • Drive product marketing strategy at key industry events, ensuring effective product showcases.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer pain points.
  • Provide the sales team with tools and resources to effectively communicate product value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS, satcoms, telecoms, or networking.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, satcoms, and/or AI with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on location.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a tech startup environment with the ability to build programs from the ground up.
  • Experience with video and/or graphic design for visual storytelling.
  • Experience in industries such as maritime, aviation, shipping, or telecommunications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and ROI.
