About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at PackageX will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for the company's products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and to drive market penetration in the logistics, supply chain, and eCommerce industries. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience to enhance product adoption and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns and market research.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute go-to-market plans to drive effective product launches.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media) to drive lead generation, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Conduct research on customer pain points, trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on product messaging and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Lead content creation for the website and messaging and positioning for the company with the Director of Marketing and CEO.
  • Promote and communicate the value of PackageX solutions internally and externally through various marketing channels.
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to refine marketing strategies and support product development.
  • Oversee content and campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (not required to apply).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-facing messaging.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing analytics platforms.
