As the Product Marketing Manager for the Transport business unit at AMCS Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's evolution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position is designed for a product marketing leader who is ready to elevate AMCS's priorities to both internal and external stakeholders. You will amplify the impact of our mission-driven work around Performance Sustainability, producing thought leadership that raises awareness of AMCS and its capabilities. Your strategic direction will promote and articulate the value proposition of our Transport solutions and the broader AMCS offerings. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other senior leaders across the organization to develop an integrated Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy that encompasses product, marketing, and sales. This unified approach will be utilized across all regional marketing channels to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. You will be the go-to-market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales for the Transport business unit, ensuring that marketing messaging and positioning are effectively delivered across all motions. Your responsibilities will include developing succinct and effective sales materials such as pitch decks, demos, and training resources, making it easy for both internal and external stakeholders to understand our complete portfolio of solutions. You will also define and build repeatable, high-quality content, including sales plays and competitive programs, while aligning with supporting marketing campaigns. Partnering with internal and external subject matter experts, you will learn about our industry and products to deliver comprehensive market positioning and messaging for each solution, including value propositions and competitive differentiators. Additionally, you will work closely with sales enablement to equip the sales team with appropriate messaging and talk tracks. Your role will involve supporting market research methodologies and integrating findings into product marketing content, driving the go-to-market approach. You will conduct competitor analysis and market research, aligning with the sales and customer success teams to inform the strategic positioning of the AMCS Platform globally. Crafting compelling messages and marketing collateral across both online and offline channels will be essential, as will developing customer-facing presentations that articulate differentiated messaging. You will also collaborate with Product Management to capitalize on product launches and new releases, focusing on promoting the Transport solution suite and Performance Sustainability messaging. A continuous improvement mindset will be crucial as you partner with the marketing team to evolve into a best-in-class organization.
