About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Airgain is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and market share for the company's product lines. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product success from launch to end-of-life, focusing on clear messaging, market research, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging that communicates the unique benefits of Airgain's products to target audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the wireless industry.
  • Analyze competitor landscapes and customer needs to inform product management and improve marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials for the sales team.
  • Develop engaging marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Develop and manage effective channel marketing programs to drive partner engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing plans and provide sales training.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather testimonials and success stories.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role promoting wireless technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a market-facing role.
  • Experience working for a fast-paced startup.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi) and IoT devices.
  • Ability to conduct market research and customer interviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows and similar events, both domestically and internationally, as needed (up to 25%).
