About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Allego will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's market leadership in sales enablement. This position involves collaborating with various teams to develop and execute marketing strategies for the Allego Modern Revenue Enablement Platform, focusing on messaging, content creation, and sales tools to support high-value deals. The role requires a creative and motivated individual who can drive product marketing efforts and engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of internal and external Product Marketing activities in collaboration with Execs, Sales, and Product Management.
  • Provide sales positioning, insights, and messaging for various marketing channels including the website, campaigns, webinars, and social media.
  • Act as a spokesperson and subject matter expert during live webinars, industry events, and public relations activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and Allego's product roadmap to generate impactful messaging.
  • Engage with the sales team and internal experts to understand buyer needs and identify gaps in existing marketing assets.
  • Conduct competitive research and gather insights through surveys and interviews to enhance market expertise.
  • Establish strong product differentiation to outperform competitors.
  • Manage relationships with analyst firms like Gartner and Forrester to communicate Allego's strategy and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to maintain pricing and packaging strategies aligned with market demands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to implementation.
  • Experience working with executive team members across functional areas.
  • Self-starter with the ability to initiate and execute projects independently.
  • Experience in marketing to financial services, life sciences, and high tech industries is a plus.
  • Background in Sales Enablement software or a closely related market is a plus.
