About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Wolters Kluwer Clinical Surveillance & Compliance will serve as a key liaison between the Pharmacy Compliance product, clinical, and sales teams. This role focuses on bridging marketing needs and effectively communicating the technical features and benefits of the solutions. The manager will develop marketing plans aimed at driving inbound marketing, sales enablement, and thought leadership, while also assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and content generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive inbound marketing and sales enablement.
  • Create and manage omnichannel campaigns that align customer pain points with market needs.
  • Plan and sustain go-to-market initiatives including product announcements and market research.
  • Support customer retention initiatives and leverage marketing campaigns for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management to develop effective sales tools and training.
  • Create compelling marketing assets in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or healthcare industries.
  • Demonstrated track record in taking new products to market and achieving market share growth.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions that influence strategic plans.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with healthcare SaaS software.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly SalesForce.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like SmartSheet.
