About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at Wolters Kluwer will serve as a key liaison between the Pharmacy Compliance product, clinical, and sales teams. This role focuses on bridging marketing needs and effectively communicating the technical features and benefits of the solutions. The manager will develop marketing plans aimed at driving inbound marketing, sales enablement, and thought leadership, while also assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and content generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans to drive inbound marketing and sales enablement.
  • Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns, content generation, and communications.
  • Drive pipeline growth to meet business goals through omnichannel campaigns.
  • Plan, develop, execute, and sustain go-to-market initiatives to drive demand.
  • Support customer retention initiatives and leverage new business marketing campaigns.
  • Define distinctive differentiators for products based on target buyer analysis.
  • Analyze industry, customer, and competitive trends to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Create compelling marketing assets in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with product marketing, sales, and lead generation teams.
  • Identify needs and manage external vendors to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or healthcare industries.
  • Demonstrated track record in taking new products to market and achieving market share growth.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions that influence strategic plans.
  • Agility in executing strong writing and translating complex ideas into understandable language.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM (SalesForce), and project management tools (SmartSheet).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
