Responsibilities

  • Support Go-to-Market Strategies by collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute plans for successful product launches and feature rollouts.
  • Help craft and refine the product's narrative, turning complex features into compelling stories that resonate with customers.
  • Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to become an expert on the product's market positioning.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on messaging and create sales enablement materials.
  • Develop engaging content such as case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces to build brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create pitch decks, product guides, and training materials to enhance their engagement with prospects.
  • Adapt and contribute across teams by tackling new challenges and collaborating on key initiatives to drive company growth.
  • Measure, learn, and optimize marketing initiatives by tracking success and analyzing performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take on more responsibility.
  • Strong storytelling skills to turn complex ideas into clear messages.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to step up in startup dynamics.
  • Curiosity and analytical skills to dig into data and understand customer pain points.
  • Clear communication skills for writing content and collaborating with teams.

Nice-to-haves
