About the position

The Product Marketing Manager in the RAPID division at KLA is responsible for managing specific reticle inspection product lines or regions, focusing on business opportunities and customer satisfaction. This role involves conducting market validation, defining market requirements for new products, and leading new product introductions to ensure success in the market. The manager will also identify new business opportunities and drive product penetration to improve market share.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific reticle inspection product line(s) or account/region(s).
• Conduct market validation and define market requirements for new products or features.
• Work closely with program and engineering teams to develop new products or features.
• Lead new product introduction and beta engagement with field teams and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities based on customer roadmap and investment plans.
• Drive product penetration and adoption to improve market share.
• Facilitate regular executive and working level meetings with customers and prepare presentation materials.

Requirements

• Master's Level Degree or 3 years of work experience, or Bachelor's Level Degree or 5 years of work experience.
